How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

Please allow 15 business days from your order date for shipping on domestic orders. Shipping times may be less. If over 15 business days has elapsed and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at hello@lafixe.com please allow six weeks for International orders. Due to Covid-19, International shipping times have increased beyond our control.  

How can I update my shipping address after an order has been placed?

Email hello@lafixe.com and be sure to include your order number in the subject to our support team. Below is the required format to update your shipping address: first name, last name,  house number, street address,  city, and post code.  

My package has not arrived and the tracking information states that it was delivered. What can be done for me?

Unfortunately, if your package has been declared as "delivered" La Fixé is unable to support accommodations for this occurrence. For damaged or missing packages, we recommend filing a claim through the shipping carrier immediately. To ensure that a response from the carrier is guaranteed, customers must file no later than 30 days from the date of mailing. The date of mailing is determined by the date that tracking information has been populated.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however please note that our distribution centre will be shipping from the UK, so the further away you live from the UK, the more expensive shipping will be and you may also be subject to additional import duties in accordance with the import duties percentage set the country we are delivering to.  

Do you ship "delivered duties paid"?

Some countries charge customs fees and independent carrier charges. We are unable to anticipate these costs and will not be able to cover or reimburse these fees. We recommend before placing your order to contact your local customs office to find out what these fees could be.  

How do I figure out what size is best for me?

All La Fixé garments are made to standard UK size charts. See our size chart below for help choosing which size is best for you. We also advise using the size and fit information in the description when choosing as some items are made to fit a little looser than others. If you are having issues drop us an email at hello@lafixe.com and a stylist will be able to offer some help.

How do I wash my garment?

Please read the care instructions on your items care label. This is really important. At La Fixé we use quality European silks and crepes and like all things special they require special love and care. We advise Dry Cleaning our tailored pieces and dresses and washing the jersey and cottons at 30 degrees.
