How much does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £200.
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our Kent studio, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date , or 2-4 weeks if you are located outside of the UK. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the UK, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 12PM GMT to be shipped same-day. We do not ship on the weekend or UK holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes! We offer overnight shipping for orders within the UK. You can select Next Day Delivery for 15.00 GBP at checkout and orders will be shipped same day if ordered before 14:00. This shipping cost is non-refundable. We do not ship on the weekend or UK holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
What countries do you ship to?
UK, Europe, USA and Japan.
Are duties and customs included in my order total?
Unfortunately not right now. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that your local customs and excise department will add import duties and tax to your order according to its import regulations. This is outside of the control of La Fixé and we advise you to research your local territory to be sure before ordering.
