Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


There may be delays with your delivery that are out of our control what with Covid and all that! But we work really hard to minimise the impact to you. Please do bear with us right now.



We hope you ADORE your items, but we know that sometimes things just aren’t right. C’est la vie. If you wish to return your items to us please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. We ask that items are:

Are returned within 14 days of delivery

Are in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

Are returned with all original tags and packaging attached

Once received we will check over the pieces and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.



Maybe you love your item but the fit wasn’t right? We will exchange your item free of charge because we want you wearing it asap. If you wish to exchange please email us at and we will send a exchange note via email and free postage label for the return. Once we receive the item we will send out the new piece.

Unfortunately if you are based overseas we are unable to cover shipping costs for an exchange.


Faulty Goods

We really hope this isn’t the case! Our pieces are made in the UK in a small atelier and we take quality control extremely seriously, because making good pieces is everything. But these things can happen and in the event an item is faulty you are absolutely entitled to a full refund or an exchange. Goods are treated as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. We can also exchange, subject to availability.
